schmetterlinge bestimmung

Hello all,
I've got a butterfly but I don't know the name, the only things I think to know about him is that he is from Peru - Rio Pachitea Cordillera Oriental ca. 100km ö Tingo Maria.

Hallo,

Thomas K.

Hi Thomas,

Thanks for your answer, I looked on Google for Megalura peleus, this species doesn't excist. But I did found some information about Marpesia petreus. That's the correct species, I find out. Thanks for your help.

By the way, does anybody know if it's a male or female?

Beforehand thanks!

Greetings wessel herrewijnen

wo?

Wahrscheinlich steckt eins weiter Actias luna :D

I know, I'm working to make a big showcase with only Limenitidinae species.

Now the next butterfly isn't a Actias luna but a Ornithoptera rotschildi :D
