I would say in Israel it is B. achyra

Hallo Rob,
I don´t know whether Biston achyra (Geometridae) lives also in Israel. It can be another similar species of Biston.
You must ask a specialist of a museum in Jerusalem or Axel Hausmann in Munich, they can tell you the exact name of the three moths.
