They might not be hungry after eating through the shell, but when mine don't eat I put them in a warm dark place (not wet or too moist) and usually by the next day they have started to eat. I had to do this recently with three species (Promethea Moth, Eupackardia calleta, and Lerina incarnata.) However, it's not always successful. I lost a few Promethea caterpillars because they refused to eat any host plants.

thanks that´s so usefull ill try to do that
-
one of them started to eat, i cutted the host plant because the borders maybe are too strong
-
I am glad to hear that! I hope the rest of them start to eat as well.

All I ever try with stubborn larva, is trimming the leaf edges, one thing I've found as well, is that alternate food plant,
is just that, and I've tried feeding a number of different species the listed, or documented alternates, and they just
don't go for it.
I try to give them a choice at first, but, I know it's not always possible.best of luck

Spray them after they hatched, they need to drink immediately.
