Hello Ari,
Dubernardis are not difficult to rear.
Feed them on Pinus or Abies and keep a high humidity at room temperature.
I hatch them in a small plastic container until L3 and spray them daily with water.
At L3 switch them to a bigger container and feed them on watered Pinus/Abies.
Clean the containers daily to avoid mold because of the high humidity.
Have fun hatching these beautiful caterpillars

If I keep them in a petridish at 16/19 celsius it’s too cold?

Hello everyone,
I just recived a dozen of eggs of actias dubernadi and I’m waiting for them to hatch but I’m not sure how to rear them right.
I’ve never reared a species that it’s considered complicated to rear so I’m afraid I’ll fail. If you could give me some advices about how to keep them properly you would save me. Thanks.
Ari
