Breeding Aglais io

Hi there,

Two weeks ago i found about 30 Aglais io caterpillars.
They`re living in an laundry bag but a few are turning into cocoon.
I made, from an old aquarium, a cocoon-cage but what is the best way to move them over to there if they are stick to the laundry bag; because I`ve nothing to needle them on, just some weave on the top of the cocoon.

I guess all the pupaes are weaved at the top, because if not, they would fall...
ut if you really want to move them to your aquariumbox, you should try to remove them from the laundry bag and needle (you should buy needles if you don't have them, they're very cheap by Dutch stores like HEMA) because rthey are very handy to needle your pupaes on...
