Dear All,
I plan to dissect some L4 and L5 larvae (Samia cynthia) to explant the Corpora Allata for scientific purposes, both of the CA would be great. Anybody tried this before, at least in other Bombycoidea sp.?
I will try to dissect them with Dumont forceps no. 5 and Schneider's insect medium as ex.vivo culture media.
Any tip, picture or previous experience is welcome
