How to feed Hummingbird Clearwing Sphinx

Hello,

Can someone please tell me how to feed the Hummingbird Clearwing? Hemaris Sp.
I have some butterfly bush, hummingbird food, and purple cone flower. It isn’t eating though. Does it need to hover when eating?

Thanks!

Ok thanks!
It lives out side in my butterfly tent cage.
