Ich möchte mich hier ganz klar Josef anschließen und sagen, Leute (bzw. Negativisten) wie Du es bist, sollten hier einfach mal die Fresse halten!!!
Ich hab keine Ahnung ob Du jemals in Trauschendorf oder auf der Weidener Börse warst, aber diese permanente Hetzerei hier Deinerseits gegen Manfred und das was er organisiert, ist hier genauso fehl am Platz, wie Du als Actias-Mitglied! Das ist meine persönliche Meinung.
Ob man jemanden mag oder nicht, muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden. Und das sage ich als jemand, der Manfred seit sehr vielen Jahren kennt, weiß dass er nicht der einfachste Mensch auf diesem Planeten ist und auch ihm schon öfter hier widersprochen habe und sicher nicht mit allem einverstanden bin, bzw. war, was er hier von sich gab. Aber genauso, sag ich es jetzt Dir. Hör auf mit diesem Dummsinn, wir sind hier zusammengekommen um unser Hobby auszuleben und nicht Feindschaften auszutragen oder Profilneurotikern ein Forum zur Selbstdarstellung zu geben. Und zu diesen zählst Du meiner Meinung absolut auch.
Trauschendorf und die IB Weiden, sind tolle Einrichtungen - und ganz speziell für junge interessierte Leute - die Abende in Trauschendorf sind nicht nur lehrreich, sondern auch einfach nur schön und freundschaftlich. Kontakte werden geknüpft, Wissen wird ausgetauscht und junge Entomologinnen und Entomologen werden gefördert durch die Erfahrungen der "Alten" - zu denen ich leider auch schon zähle. Trauschendorf und Weiden sind NICHT nur auf eine Person beschränkt, sondern ist ein konstruktives Kollektiv.
Es hat sich nur ein Trottel dafür gefunden (Manfred verzeih mir bitte - Du weißt wie ich das meine), der sich unentgeltlich die Arbeit antut, so etwas über MONATE (!!!) zu organisieren und sich dafür dann auch noch von kompletten Wichtigtuern, die selbst so etwas in 100 Jahren nicht auf die Füße stellen könnten, permanent dämlichen Kommentaren und Ansagen aussetzen zu müssen.
Ich bedauere es sehr, dass ich in diesem Jahr nicht kommen kann, möchte aber vor allem alle jungen Entomologen hier ansprechen und sagen - Mädels, Burschen nutzt die Chance fahrt hin, macht Euch ein eigenes Bild und entscheidet dann. 2025 bin ich sicher wieder dabei und für 2024 wünsche ich allen viel Spaß, gute Geschäfte und eine tolle lehrreiche Zeit mit schönen Kontakten.
Eines möchte ich aber noch anmerken. Auch allen anderen hier (Actias) vertretenen Organisatoren von derartigen, unserem Hobby fördernden Veranstaltern von Insektenbörsen, Vortragsabenden, Vereinsorganisatoren und dergleichen, möchte ich meinen Respekt zollen. Organisation war mein ganzes Leben lang mein Beruf und ich weiß, was es bedeutet diese Dinge über viele Jahre durchzuziehen, also DANKE Euch allen, denn ohne Euch gäbe es unser Hobby schon lange nicht mehr!
Und abschließend zu @zägmann: Vielleicht hast Du jetzt mal kapiert, was irgendwelche unangebrachten Smileys, Kommentare oder dergleichen für Wirkung auf andere haben. Aber allein der Glaube dazu fehlt mir, denn: beati pauperes spiritu (Matthäus 5,3).

I would like to clearly agree with Josef and say that people (or negativists) like you should just shut up!!!
I have no idea whether you have ever been to Trauschendorf or the Weiden Stock Exchange, but this constant agitation on your part against Manfred and what he organizes is just as out of place here as you as an Actias member! That is my personal opinion.
Whether you like someone or not is something everyone has to decide for themselves. And I say that as someone who has known Manfred for many years, knows that he is not the easiest person on the planet and has often contradicted him here and certainly does not agree with everything he has said here, or did not. But I am telling you the same thing now. Stop this nonsense, we have come together here to live out our hobby and not to have enmities or to give profile neurotics a forum to present themselves. And in my opinion you are absolutely one of them.
Trauschendorf and the IB Weiden are great facilities - and especially for young, interested people - the evenings in Trauschendorf are not only educational, but also simply lovely and friendly. Contacts are made, knowledge is exchanged and young entomologists are encouraged by the experiences of the "old" people - which I unfortunately already count myself among. Trauschendorf and Weiden are NOT limited to just one person, but are a constructive collective.
Only one idiot has been found (Manfred, please forgive me - you know what I mean) who is willing to do the work for free to organize something like this for MONTHS (!!!) and then to have to constantly subject himself to stupid comments and announcements from complete big shots who couldn't get something like this off the ground even in 100 years.
I really regret that I can't come this year, but I would like to address all the young entomologists here and say - girls, boys, take the chance, go there, form your own opinion and then decide. I will definitely be there again in 2025 and for 2024 I wish everyone lots of fun, good business and a great educational time with great contacts.
But I would like to say one more thing. I would also like to pay my respects to all the other organizers represented here (Actias) of such organizers of insect markets, lecture evenings, club organizers and the like who promote our hobby. Organization has been my job all my life and I know what it means to do these things over many years, so THANK YOU all, because without you our hobby would no longer exist!
And finally to @zägmann: Maybe you have now understood what effect some inappropriate smileys, comments or the like have on others. But I just don't have the faith to do that, because: beati pauperes spiritu (Matthew 5:3).
