It is sinapis/reali. The defference between this two species you can see only under microscop (genitalia preparation).

I can' t believe in sinapis because apex-spots are much too light.
Sinapis-apex is darker.
Also the wing-downside is darker at sinapis, especially at backwings.
But of course the pictures are not optimal lighted and I may be in error.Greetings

ONLY difference between s/r and then genitalia if it is male. Yours is third one. I would say its reali. In Slovakia they fly only in the warmest places like R. Sobota, Lucenec, Roznava, Sturovo, Sturovo/Kamenica, around Myjava and Stara Tura.
