with those temperature, the cocoons are OK. with this temperature (min 15°C) the cocoons is in a kind of diapause period. if you want to continue the breeding with the cocoons hatch you have to use a heat source. the temperature have to be on 25-30°C not over. if you use a heat source you have also to spray more often the cocons with water. 1-2 times a day with an heat source.
at your temperature the cocoons won't die but they won't hatch in great number.
so the humidity is OK but your temperature are a little low to have new adults

You should increase the temperature as Fabio has already said. 22°C is not enough.
Keep on spraying them with water because they need much humidity if you want to make them emerge faster. However, it seems that you're doing well.

So just go on this way and some will surely start emerging.
However, it is difficult with this species to have male and female hatching at the same time so you could see moths emerging at different times. That's why it's difficult to obtain mating sometimes, especially in winter.
My cocoons are at a temperature of 17-20 degrees and a humidity of 70% after 6 weeks the first ones came out of the cocoon. So it is also possibly to let A. attacus emerge at lower temperatures in winter

I agree, but just like wessels I kept my cocoons at 18-22°C and first a female appeared, and 2 weeks later 1 couple hatched the very same day (I know, I got lucky :)), but the moths weren't hatching all at the same time. Now the larvae are emerging in great numbers

Yes that's also what's happening with my Attacus atlas cocoons, they're all hatching at an other time...
Lorenzo is totally right about the thing that they will hatch in greater number when you keep them at a higher temperature.

Yes that's right, if you keep them at a higher temperature the butterflys will hatch more at the same time. Also, do spray the cocoons once or better twice a day whit water. That also helps a lot, i find out.
