Sphinx ligustri - question

Hello,
I'm having some Sphinx ligustri at the moment, mature caterpillars growing quickly (just before pupating now, 21 days old). I wonder if there is a chance for getting a second brood this year? Or they will overwinter regardless of conditions?

Hi Luke.

A partial second generation is possible, but not every time or year.
You have to wait, I think.
But your caterpillars are really early in this year, so it could be possible.
