if the last generation has fed on Salix, I would try this at first.
You still can do Pistacia ssp., Rhus ssp. and Cotinus offer.
Because they have fed already a few days nothing, I would offer all kinds at the same time and observe on what they decide.

Surprised that they aren't taking Liquidamber. I've never had problems with it or heard of others with problems. Have you gotten them to drink from a drop of water? Mine are reluctant to start feeding without a drink, similar to imperialis and regalis. Good luck.
