Dragon fly?

Hello,
today (12/04/2020) I found this strage looking insect near my house in Tuscany, Italy.
It was easy to take a photo of it because it had a broken wing, but there were others flying very fast.
I live near a big uncultivated field.
What is it? A dragon fly?
Best regards,
Greg
