Lebeda nobilis: evergreen host plant?

    Hi,
does anyone know of an evergreen available in Europe that is accepted as food plant by Lebeda nobilis (Lasiocampidae).

I already tried: Pinus, Prunus laurocerasus, Chamaecyparis, Cupressus and some not evergreens (Rubus, Rosa, Salix). Without succes.
I've read they may accept large grasses?????

All suggestions are welcome, but please, based on own experience only. Do not guess, that does not help me.

    thanks
    Jurgen

Yes, it is a pest on Camellia in China. And they grow to around 12 cm big in the final instar. That is a lot of Camellia. I was hoping to avoid buying that much plants and find something less expensive. Camellia sells around 10 euro for a plant not so big. Let's say you can put one 12 cm caterpillar on each small plant. In that case I would have to buy 30 plants. I will let them grow as long as I can on oak. But in a week or two I will need something else. Getting a little bit desperate. I didn't count on the fact that they would reject the entire list of possible foodplants except oak.
