I breed Lasiocampidae, Lymantriidae ... with artificial food.
In the most times I spread about 5-10% dry-plants (original foodplant) in the pudding.
This is very sucessful.
Hello Sonya,
I could offer you artificial diet for Arctiidae, I have all the necessary ingredients, I prepare artificial diet for my own breedings as well, but I guess the shipping to the United States would be too expensive.
On the other hand I don´t know if you can get all the ingredients in the United States as there are substances like antibiotics which you can buy only with a doctors recipe...
Please contact me via PN if you need more details...
Regards
Thomas
