Recommendations for a insect collecting and photographing trip to Thailand and Vietnam

Hi everyone,

I'm a 23-year-old enthusiast planning a solo trip to Vietnam and Thailand this September and October.

I'm really into insects and macro photography, and I'm looking for recommendations on the best places for shooting insects, must-visit jungles, and spots to catch butterflies and see bugs both day and night.
