keep dreaming
Why does this people give you no tipp or answer ???
I vistit every year about 10 fairs in Europe - live material is everywhere rare.
is there a reason why there are so little vendors with live material? I've only ever been to the one in Frankfurt and there are usually like 1-2 vendors with live caterpillars, pupae or eggs.
Insect-Fairs are normally for entomologes. This people look for rare and interesting species, or for species from crazy locations.
Laws and other rules protect most moth/bitterflies and they are different in every provinz or country/state.
Best way to get nice and interesting material, is to offer in EXCHANGE moth/butterflies and breeding material.
thats not too easy as a beginner, but thankfully actias offers everything i need
a good start is - to buy a good lamp. At light you can catch a lot of females to breed or change.
Lamp about 50,-€ : Omnilux UV LED 27 W Schwarzicht (blacklight)
