Hi Wessel!
I have very good experience with rhododendron. My Actias selene have eaten well. You need only when they are in L1und L2, cut off the outside edge of the leaves, then the better to eat small. I have long have pupated. You can still try it.
Greetings Günther
Which Rhododendron species are you using? Some friends of mine have problems with A. selene as L1 larvae are refusing Rhododendron leaves.
Hi Wessel,
you can also take Prunus laurocerasus without problems.
Franz
