I have received eggs of Poecilocampa populi, but they stayed too long in the mail and hatched.
What can I give them in winter? I gave them cupressus and they showed no interest on it.
I don’t have access to Prunus.
Please help?

if you live in Portugal its best try Quercus ilex. Rosa from the flower shop its not recomended as its treated mostly with diff. chemical stoff !

What about Olive tree?
I mean they take Fraxinus which is also in the Oleaceae family, but I'd still be surprised if the'd be happy with that. You can try though. Do you have Prunus lusitanica? They seem to be feeding on a wide spectrum of Prunus species, so this could be worth a try.

Thomas, information on foodplants is available in the net. Here´s some examples, scientific names should be known.
Zu den Nahrungspflanzen gehören Pappeln (Populus), wie etwa die Zitterpappel (Populus tremula), Weiden (Salix), wie die Sal-Weide (Salix caprea), Gemeine Hasel (Corylus avellana), Hänge-Birke (Betula pendula), Schwarz-Erle (Alnus glutinosa), Rotbuche (Fagus sylvatica), Stieleiche (Quercus robur), Schlehdorn (Prunus spinosa), Sommer-Linde (Tilia platyphyllos), Spitz-Ahorn (Acer platanoides), Apfelbaum (Malus domestica), Pflaume (Prunus domestica) und Gemeine Esche (Fraxinus excelsior).[3]
Problem is, that no-one knows, what grows in your neighborhood. But I guess you may have Quercus ilex, which is green in winter. What about Cydonia oblonga? It should not be too hard finding anything in Portugal these days.
Issues determining plants? Try an app on your smartphone (plantnet, for instance)

Many thanks for your help.
I have given them some olive tree leaves, and they chewed on it(i could see some poop on the box) but I don't think they liked it that much.
All the previously said species, either I don't have access to them or they are without leaves due to winter. I can't find any Quercus ilex tree.
I am going to see if I can find Cydonia, and in the last resource, I am going to ask for rosa in the flower shop, asking beforehand if they have used pesticides.

It's simple: give them some evergreen shrubs / trees to choose from and cross your fingers that it works. Finished.
There is nothing more you can do if you don't have the original forage plants.
You´re living in Lisboa? Have a look to the Expo-Park. Maybe you could find there Evergreen Oaks planted for the Expo.
