If you put them out of the fridge, they could have a normal season. They will find plants ...

Perhaps the relevant people can further advise whether feasible for H. euphorbiae ...

Lucas, ob´s ein Mangelfutter ist, kann ich nicht ausschließen oder bewerten. Aber die aufgeführten Arten entwickeln sich in der Regel prächtig bei der Verfütterung desselben.
Vor allem atropos, celerio und tithymali nehmen das Futter wenn sie denn mal dran fressen, auch gänzlich ohne Blattpulveranteil und wachsen weiterhin sehr gut heran.
Grad bei atropos geht das bestens.
Aber natürlich kann man das Blattpulver auch immer dazu geben.…

Easiest option though would be to keep some of the pupae which you need for the breeding, cold / in the fridge up until there will be

sufficient (accessible) Euphorbia available or you found another spot than the one flooded.

This should not be a problem usually at all. Euphorbiae pupae can also 'over-lie' i.e. skip one year and have the adults emerge the next

warm season only, so pause for 2 winters even, if I am not mistaken.

Furthermore they will take several weeks (3-4 at least) to develop and emerge anyway once they are out of the fridge.

This aspect should also be considered for your breeding plan.
